Guidelines for Virtual Oral Presentations

 

Oral Preparation

The virtual conference solution gives you opportunity to make a live presentation. However, for some reason, the presenter is not able to attend the session, the pre-recorded oral presentation may be sent.

Pre-recorded presentation:

• The pre-recorded video should be in MP4 format of size not more than 1GB maximum play time of 12 mins.
• The pre-recorded video should include slides
• It is recommended to record the presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint

Live presentation:

• It is recommended to make the presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. However the other formats such as PDF can also be used.
• It is recommended to prepare the presentation by maintaining slide ratio of 16:9
• The minimum 14pt font size should be maintain for better visibility
• The recommended slide template may be downloaded from Template ppt file
• The oral presented are also expected to upload their presentations in ppt/pptx/pdf format that will be projected centrally to avoid any technical difficulties.

Submitting Your Oral presentation (for Live Presentation or Pre-Recorded Video)

 

When your Presentation or Pre-Recorded Video is ready, upload it to the organizers via the following link so that it could be played centrally by the technical coordinator during the session.

These inputs should reach the organizers by 11^th March, 2022 @ 11:00hrs(IST)
